Dim Sum is served until 3pm daily, but they have better selection on the weekends.
Weekends in the morning to early afternoon is your safest bet. Also the most freshest as early in the morning as possible. Think Chinese brunch.
I think they have dim sum every day but more limited selection on weekdays. Not sure about hours.
