So, are the supply chain issues affecting ice!? I have tried time and again to get enough ice from these folks for my soda to be even just kind of cold and it's somehow impossible. Everything else is exactly what you expect from a taco bell. It's hit and miss on quality and execution, so, relative to other fast food, great. Relative to eating good, quality sustenance, it's mediocre. What in the damn world is the purpose of having a human stand outside taking orders 2-4 car lengths before the menu/mic where you can't see the menu, traffic gets backed up, and they aren't even always taking payments???????? Who designed this workflow and why do they keep using it?????? What am I missing? This is a rhetorical question, but I will accept genuine responses in earnest.

Took them 28 minutes to get through about 8 cars. Say for another four minutes with my food sitting on the counter. When I asked why she made me wait longer, the drive thru lady said she was taking orders. There are two other locations super close. Do yourself a favor and go to one of those, not this one.

5/19/22 Whomever is managing the TV Hwy store today is failing as a manager. Every step of the order was wrong. From taking the order and inputting, to the kitchen making the order completely wrong, to the person in the window just passing the bag through the window without reading the notes on the ticket for sauce packets..... even when I drove back 15 minutes to get the right order... guess what?? Thats right, still got the wrong order. 4 items were in my order. Just 4 tacos. No special instructions whatsoever. I have had issues with this location before but its fast food, I dont expect a lot. But today, even when given the opportunity to correct the order, they still failed. I dont know what else theyve got going on in the store but they are certainly not focused on the orders. The store on Allen is WAY better.

This place is embarrassingly bad at making fast food. If someone told me to bet a million dollars on whether or not they get your order right, I would put it on them getting it wrong. Then when they screw something up, they tell you they can’t help you at all unless you drive all the way back to the store so they can remake your tacos. No attempts to right the wrong or go the extra mile or even the extra inch to take care of something they mess up constantly.
