DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I needed to get just a couple of things for my girlfriends birthday and this was always my go-to spot for any celebration. I bought a couple of banners, balloons, balloon pump, and streamers. No store employee or store sign said that they do not give refunds or store credit. I come home to realize that the banners were torn and the balloon pump was broken. I called them to ask to get my money back (or even store credit) and that’s when I was told that they don’t do refunds but they have done store credit in the past but I would need to speak to a manager. I then get on the phone with the manager and she said they have never done anything of that nature (return or store credit) but they do not warn you when you buy it. All that to say, SHOP AT THE DOLLAR TREE that is a 2 minute drive away and has everything they have at a fraction of the cost. I didn’t do that and I regret this so much. Don’t be like me and shop here. Awful service, and overpriced items. P.S. dollar tree at least does exchanges.

Everything here is way more expensive then the competitors. It was well worth the drive to go to party city instead of the party spot esspecially because the selection when we went was like 90% sold out on the theme we went for.. like a pack of 12 napkins with mickey mouse on them probably should be more then 3$.. I was pretty discouraged and not sure I would even go back.

This was my first time there but the ladies working were friendly and very helpful and also efficient. I will go back for more party needs. I only went there to have balloons blown up that I had already purchased online, but I found two more there I liked and bought those as well.

Prices are great. The customer service wasn’t that great. The girl who rang my wife and I up was just bland to us. There was a white woman she helped before us and was super nice. As soon as I came up with my wife she changed her attitude towards us. I was very nice to her regardless saying please and thank you to her. With a rude tone she said all sales are final. This was the first time I’ve ever stopped by this store and not sure if I will be coming back. If I do it’s because my wife said so.
