The manager Jennifer was super rude and unhelpful. Didn't even want to help at all. If you work in customer service, GROW some patience.

I go to this location to return Amazon packages and there are 2 employees that are super great and I am relieved when I see it is them. The only reason I give four stars is there is this younger guy that I get once in a while that says that my return needs a box or envelope when Amazon returns specifically says to bring it in without the extra packaging...i havent complained yet bc im not a complainer but im going to next time.

I went in with a prepaid label and had ordered boxes for my business. UPS hadn't delivered the boxes yet. The employee on there was extremely rude and condescending about we don't work with UPS we are only a store for them. You have to pay for the box here. We ship a lot thru UPS and have never been treated this horribly!

This store has always been nothing but helpful and friendly to me. They are often very busy, and still maintain their cool. Not sure why it has such a low rating. Been going here for years for my shipping needs, never a problem for me. The only problems I have seen are other customers and their behaviors. The ONLY thing I could suggest is more staff, but even then, probably fairly difficult to predict busy times in these uncertain times.
