We were on our way from Beaverton to Astoria on Wed 07/27/2022 and had stopped to get gas when I noticed that 1 of our tires was low on air. I examined the tire only to find out that it had a nail in it. We immediately stopped by Aloha Costco Tire Center to see if they could repair our tire. We were told it would take 1.5 hours for them to complete the repair because of the back log ahead of us. We accepted the fact that we would have to wait that long for them to complete the repair. Well 35 mins later the repair was complete and we were on our way! Wow! Their service far exceeded our expectations. 5 Stars to their Tire Service Team at Aloha Costco. Sincere appreciation for their efforts in getting our tire repaired promptly. Jerry Wolfe, Beaverton, OR

I bought tires after an hour wait in line to get a quote on tires at this particular Costco. I paid in full and they told me to come back at 10 the next morning. I arrived at 10:03 and after waiting in line at the cash register for my turn to tell them I was here, they told a number of people who were waiting line 15 minutes+ for their turn to get tires, rotations, air - that all appointments were taken for the day and Half of the people waiting behind me dropped out of line not happy they waited so long in the middle of their days to get nowhere for their effort. When I arrived at the cash register at 10:20 They told me to leave my keys and come back at 6 o’clock. I explain to them that I had a 10 o’clock appointment, The attitude of the manager at the cash register was, tough luck that you didn’t Have an appointment. I told him I did have an appointment they told me to come back the next day at 10 o’clock. He told me I was a walk in. I told him that I had every impression that I had a 10 o’clock appointment. He just acted like I should’ve known what was going on. How do you know what’s going on when is the first time you’ve ever bought tires at Costco? Knowing now what comes after you buy tires here, I told them to refund my money and went back to Discount Tire where I’ve always had good service.

This is the worse experience I have ever had at Costco. Came for a tire rotation. Tires appear to have been rotated but did not check tire pressure on them. My front and back tires take different pressure. My front is reporting 80 PSI and my rear at 65 PSI. Should be the other way around. I would have guessed they would have confirmed pressure before I left. To make sure my pressure sensors were reading correctly I checked the pressure of the tires when I got home. Then when checking the back tire I found a good size scratch on my paint and tail light. I went back to have them adjust the pressure and look at my scratch. They fixed the pressure but I was told there was no way to prove they scratched my truck. So they will not do anything about it. They also adjusted the driver seat so they could drive the truck and now the driver seat no longer works. They told me again nothing they can do. I now have an appointment with my dealership to see what it will cost to repair my seat. Not sure how much out of pocket I will be after all this.

I needed a new set of tires for my BMW X3 done prior family trip along the coast, taking Highway 101, and I couldn’t find same day installation service and my size if tires available in Vancouver and North Portland areas, except in Aloha, OR. They’ve done it in 45 minutes. Very prompt and courteous service.

Gotta do that online. Good luck with that. It was frustrating.
