Never have I ever seen individuals who have worked so far & moved mountains for me in my entire time buying or dealing with any loans. These individuals Chris @Loan Services & Gerardo @Member Services worked off the clock, answered every question I had, helped me get approved for my brand new supercar. They were so intelligent, reasonable & quick to help me with the entire process. I could not have been more blessed to work with such qualified individuals. If management is reading this then they better know who to pick when it's time to move them up the ladder ;)

Excellent bank for those who want to commit fraud! The bank refuses to confirm if a letter with their letterhead and my account information as the receiving end of the transaction is legitimate or not. My request to Supervisor Megan was very simple, please confirm if their is a pending transaction with my routing number and account number.

It takes the better part of a month for them to replace a card they cancelled (someone managed to use my card number half a world away and now I'm dealing with the consequences). They make it impossible to find their minimum no-fee balance on checking accounts. It's actually impossible to find any of the terms associated with ANY of the accounts you already have with them. And I sent them a "secure message" on their site about all of this and no one has responded despite a week going by. Once I was able to get in touch with a service representative they were very helpful getting past many of the problems I encountered and followed up with me over multiple days as they resolved. They took some of the feedback I offered and promised to work on fixing the issues and I'm hopeful they will.
