First time I’ve used your dealership as I’ve moved close by, and will be the last time. Called many times in the last 4 months to schedule the airbag recall replacement and the majority of the times you didn’t have on in stock or schedule permitting. I called back last week and one was in stock so I scheduled with the gal on the phone and told her I’d be leaving town, in which she instructed I could drop it off Wednesday evening and pick it up Monday when I returned. Wednesday when I showed up, the service writer I dealt with was rude, impatient and telling me I wasn’t allowed to leave it over the weekend. I told him I was told I was okay and he argued with me about it, then chose to talk Spanish to close colleagues, in which I believe was about me as I know enough Spanish to get me by. He was rude and not welcoming, told me I needed to set up someone to pick it up Thursday, in which he’d call or text me to pick it up, I’ve yet to receive a call, text, or pick up my truck. Then I asked the courtesy driver who happened to be sitting there for a ride home, and he told me no cause he was off in 10 minutes. Not a good first time experience.

Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to assist my wife & myself. They gave us options, helped us find what we were looking for and made the whole process as seamless as possible. They were courteous, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend for anyone and everyone to go there, one because they seem to have vehicles in these difficult times but, mostly for the exceptional treatment from the staff. A+ in my book!
