Buying experience was pretty good.. Found a vehicle online and the team was able to get it ready and detailed in no time. Was able to pick it up later that night after a test drive and walk around with Saul, who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Sales manager Rudy finalized our deal and walked us through everything until finally we signed all the docs with Alex from the finance team, who was great to work with and talk to while signing. The guys even stayed late to make sure we could finish the deal same day, as we drove in from far. All around great team! Shout-out to Greg as well who was able to have the car re-conditioned and detailed before we even arrived!

I am impressed by the quality of the work they do! I took my vehicle for a repair which was done in a timely manner, and the price was absolutely reasonable. With their technology you can pay for your invoice ahead of time, so you don’t have to stand in line and wait for anything. The facility is clean and well organized, they have a eatery place in case you need to wait around, and they also have a court shuttle service. I am going back to AutoNation Toyota of Cerritos again for any service that my vehicle will require. I highly recommend it, too.
