Had to pick up a package that should have been delivered to my house. Unreliable drivers make you waste your gas and time picking up at this center, in LA traffic. Will never use UPS to ship anything. I would rather go with FEDEX or USPS. I will now aviod any seller that ships with UPS (I have one more shipment I am receiving then I'm done with UPS)and I will never use UPS to ship anything. There are 2 better companies out there that I would rather use. So frustrating. Worst company ever. If I could give ZERO stars I would give them that...1 star is generous. Look at other 1 star reviews. I'm not the only one. This is the most negative review I have ever given, I am that upset. UPS has lost my business. I will not support any company that ships with UPS.

5/5/2022 = 4 Star = 1st time here and have no issue sending my package . Bridget help me out to setup my UPS account so next time will be easy to send package. Bridget is very patiently helping to set my account. One star is missing coz they have temporary hours , open at 2pm to 6pm and close every Saturday and Sunday.

Call fhe hub and ask them to put an intercept on the package. Then just them who is going to be picking up the package

Generally that is hard to do because the truck goes out with all of the packages. Sometimes you can catch them when they come back to the station before they close and maybe be able to receive the package then. Otherwise as said above you would have to mark on a slip or online to tell them to hold it.
It's been open on Saturdays in the past I have gone there. A driver's license and a signature is usually all you need. You can check the internet to be certain of their business hours.
Probably not though I'm not sure. However you might call ahead to the store. This is a small storefront small package drop off and pick up.
With a box truck? Go to the normal drop-off location and they will direct you to a specific area. If you have a lift gate they can come out with a pallet jack from the main drop off /pick up location.

They are always hiring, very physically demanding job, low paying minimum wage for the first six years. Then apply for a driving position. By the time your career ends your body will be a wreck. I have employed by them my body is a wreck.
