I have been using this office since moving here in 2017 and am pleased with the service. The staff is knowledgeable and obviously care about your pet. I sometimes think they can be a little pricey, but they let you know prices up front. Also, I understand Covid is still out there, but I am a little confused as to why clients cannot be in the waiting area. I'm sure they have their reasons, but that is something that is worth mentioning. Regardless, I gave them 5 stars because my complaints are not deal breakers.

Our office is able to provide you with any documentation for your pets visit that your particular pet insurance company requires for submission. Payment in full is expected the day of your visit and any exam notes and/or invoices will be copied so you may submit your claim at your convenience. Our office accepts Cash, all major credit cards, as well as Care Credit. Although we do not bill, we do offer the option of prepaying on accounts for any service.
