I’ve had maintenance issues only a couple times in the two years I’ve been here but most recently, Matt came by to fix a leak in the air conditioning unit. He explained to me the problem, showed me the area, fixed what he could and said he’d be back with tools to fix the rest. He definitely came back and fixed the issue. The other times, the maintenance guys walk in and hardly say anything besides a hello.

Ultimately the place itself is nice my only issue came when moving in. I was told I needed to transfer even though my least was up in a couple weeks from another Henderson Webb apartment I was residing in and because my rent history wasn’t perfect even though I lived in the same place for 10 years I was forced to pay 2 times rent plus the remainder move in time so close to 3k and still owe rent on the first 1st seems pretty unfair but what can you do the prices for the rent lower than most.
