We did not get our 4 piece fish and chips delivered. I called and she said “oh that’s why we have an extra fish & chips. She said we will credit us. I told her I wanted it to be delivered because the family has Covid and can’t leave the house. She said she couldn’t’ have it delivered. Very frustrating that now a person in my family doesn’t have a meal!

Horrible service. Had a drive thru order and was missing 2 sandwiches (halibut sandwich) and (chicken sandwich) on top of that I added an extra patty to my burger and didn’t receive that neither. Over 20$ in food missing and I don’t live near by so I took that lost but I would never go to this place again. Can easily tell that the employees were joking around laughing while taking my order and F’d it up!!!

Guys.... How do you forget the meat patty on the classic little hamburger. Its 3 ingredients. Meat-Bun-Sauce..... So I had a nice moist saucy bun for lunch. Line for drive through was not worth sitting through again, and dining room is still closed for some reason. What recourse does this leave me?
