This hotel was excellent, Amy was the nicest receptionist ever. I need help with a few things and she never hesitated once on helping me. Now there was a gentleman who was very rude and over charged me by 70+ dollars and would not refund me and said he didn't know how. The manager Crystal told the morning girl she could, but its been over a week and nothing has been refunded to me.

Good customer service but the layout of the building is bad. U have to walk a block to get ice/the machines/ and laundry matt.. not to mention they take quarters.. but dont have a change machine....... how dose that work? Who Carrie's quarters anymore?

Very poor service, I was charged twice for my stay! I even called to let them know that I left the place to be sure. I had called multiple times. A lady was very kind and was able to pull up my file and understood my problem. But she couldn't do anything unless it was the manager. I came in the next day and the Manager said they couldn’t find my file. I have my bank statement and my phone call history when I called them the day i left!

Big change since last year with management. Outstanding services also. Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon and the service was great! My tv had a minor glitch and I made a call to front desk and within minutes the manager was at my door to fix my problems. Thank you! I will definitely be staying there again!
