I have been living here for almost 3yrs and next year I will be moving out, rent is cheap, apt is big but it has gotten bad with the nasty neighbors. They throw garbage, dirty grease or leftover food outside the walkways, let their dog mess anywhere without picking it up... The cleaning lady steals your clothes our of washroom. And the woman at guard gets give all my female visitors and hard time while my male visitors she allow to go right in....The allow other kids from different complex in pool so my son has been to the pool in almost 6mth cause he said the others kids are bullying the residents children at pool.....

They had my car towed due to illegal parking but where I had my car at it was on a curve out the way of other vehicles and I didn't have no cars blocked in. The security that had my car tolled was the same security who put a decal on my car and he knew I was a tenet there. I arrive at the apartment complex every morning in the wee hours from work and it's barely never no parking. Some morning I find myself riding around for 30 mins looking for parking. This morning it was no parking so I decided to park on the curbside. When I woke up to go outside to move my car it was gone. They had my vehicle towed. When its cars that's parked there without decals, parked in the handicap and Etc. It's unbelievable the way they treat their residents at 2500 NW 56th Ave. I pay 1,600 a month to live at this resident and a non resident can park there car before I can park mines. I am disgusted with the property Manager and the way they handle their tenets.

I just moved into this apartment and it was a great experience from the very beginning. The move in process was very accommodating and the managers are very nice and professional. My apartment is beautiful, freshly painted, new appliances and flooring etc. I feel at home, and everytime I call or email I have an instant response. I love my new apartment and definitely highly recommend.
