Just let us know by the 20th of any given month. Keep in mind that your first month was prorated so the last month is not. It might be helpful to move out toward the end of the month. Please come in and complete a move out form so that we know that you are in fact gone and we can remove you from out system. If you have any questions, just call us at the office 540-837-2600
As i understand it none. I rent my unit monyh to month snd can move out at any time.
