The nice man I spoke with made my move in process so easy. Happy with unit i rented and the security of the facility. Everything is clean, and everything works. This was a mistake. I've set up auto pay three times in the two years I have been a customer. It never works...they love late fees...and don't expect any respect when you call. They'll play the "there's nothing I can do,"card. Everytime. Unless you personally know the owner, I'd go elsewhere.

Facility was up kept well. But I had multiple issues with my gate number changing without me doing it. In my time with them they raised rates twice (had the unit for around 3 years) and my last letter informed me that I needed insurance on the belongings inside the unit.

Very nice folks. We stored some of our belongings in the Greeneville facility while we rented a small house and looked for a home to buy. There were no climate-controlled containers available at the time, so we rented a 10' by 15' and never had any problems. The Greeneville facility is 'unmanned' but there is a kiosk there and security cameras. I would definitely recommend this facility. It is clean, secure and the folks in charge could not be any nicer or more helpful.
