We were very happy with this place initially. However, we called to cancel our unit in November when we moved into our new house, and were puzzled that we got a past-due notice in January. We called the office, and the manager was very rude …Andrea please contact us so that we can sort this out. Based on the limited info we are unable to verify any accounts in your name. Just let us know by the 20th of any given month. Keep in mind that your first month was prorated so the last month is not. It might be helpful to move out toward the end of the month. Please come in and complete a move out form so that we know that you are in fact gone and we can remove you from out system. If you have any questions, just call us at the office 540-837-2600
