I have a complaint. I bought items from the Modesto store mid Raymond didn’t put all of my items in my bag. I realized once I had gotten home and called the store. The store manger reused to mail my item and refused to issue a refund. She wanted me to drive 1 hour to pick up my item. I honestly feel like this is not fair when it was her employee that made the mistake.

I wanted to try on a pair of shoes, they grabbed the wrong size. They were dcs and I remembered I should go a half size up so now a third size came into play. Well the girl said "we don't wear dcs so we wouldn't know that."(we meaning the millennial employees) I asked for 10.5, received a 10, in reality needed 11. She says maybe your feet are just big. Worst experience. That's not how a business is run. I think she was the acting manager. Also the black kid was rude about it. I just walked away and spent $100 at journeys.

I had a wonderful experience today! I came here to get my bf a new skateboard that was nice and I'm so glad I got it here. The manager went over and beyond to help me make the perfect board and she was such a delight! I didn't get her name but if you're reading this you are amazing and thank you so much for your knowledge and being so kind! Overall the store is very nice and a cool place to shop with great employees!

I shop here often, mostly around the holidays. I've really enjoyed Zumiez. Today though I didn't end up purchasing anything at the time, a nice young woman approached me to help out while I was browsing watches and a pair of shoes. I believe her name was Kylie? She was a great help, and her customer service was SPOT on, you guys have a really great employee. Thanks.
