This storage facility needs a lot of TLC. The office was not inviting at all. Cement floors nothing on the walls. Very cold. The grounds and units were unkept and in disrepair. It looked abandoned from the road. Employee was great very nice and helpful.

Space is clean, app makes access super easy and management is fantastic. The day I moved in I needed to switch spaces. Lori and Sarah were incredibly helpful and worked with me to get into a new space within minutes!

I believe that there was a management change, cause the manager that once was over there is now managing our complex. But she is not a very professional manager, in fact her behavior is quite the opposite. She is very judgemental, she discriminates against people and she holds your belongings hostage. Not to mention that my unit has been broken into three times, along with my neighboring units. So I'm not sure if your property no longer has a manager but the one we used to have only works once a week and she was fabulous. I wished she had stayed on full time.
