Better question..why would you pay
They dont charge you for the ice. They charge you for the sugar. If you just got an ice cup, then it is probably a bug in their software.
Maybe ask them? Not sure how asking such a thing in this venue would help you beyond blowing off some steam.
Because companies always want money.
