Downtown McDs have 15USD minimum wage, homeless people mooching, soda tax, compostable packaging requirements including straws, and with high property value and high traffic(need for quick service is harder but still accomplished) This one does not have self serve beverages. Courtesy waters are small and put on a tray. (Very easy to get a free water, streamlined) With all that, I like compostable packaging. I like the high quality workers that come for the ok wage... I actually like being incentivised to drink less soda. I like the location and the price relative to other food service nearby. The table service keeps staff coming out and bussing tables. The self order kiosks can accommodate many languages.

Ah yes it can be since these are franchises they have some discretion as to their prices. Also to what specials they will run.
