I went there and got the family meal with tenders pieces of chicken pogo wedges and biscuits. The chicken was delicious but the biscuits were soft, buttery and sweet just like I like. Go get the chicken and biscuits they are on point!! (Delicious) 😋

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I've tried this place twice. I hated it the first time (threw most of it away) but decided to give it another try months later just in case I had a bad batch and the second time was even worse. I LOOOOOVE soul food/southern food. I don't understand how anyone can take pride in southern cooking with recipes like this. The fried chicken and fried catfish seasoning in the batter was overpowering, overseasoned and they were burnt. I felt like I was eating cardboard. The mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy was barely mediocre.

Ordered chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, Mac & cheese, and biscuits. Biscuits were way over cooked. They were un-edible, (like rocks) Some tenders were good but many were very rubbery and dry. Sides were good but disappointed with the meal overall.
