Got our order wrong 2 times and had to go through the drive through 3 times. The customer service was fine but how hard is it to listen to the order? Overcharged us as well since the order was input incorrectly

The drive thru is a mess. They tell most vehicles to pull forward and they will bring the food out to them. I have been told this several times when I'm the only customer there. Guess that's their way of keeping their drive through times down to impress the owner.

Typical McDonald's in regards to food, you'll know what you are getting there. Service is good, employees are polite and quick which is what I'm looking for as I go through the drive thru.

Basically like every mcdonalds: Masks required. Drive through and pick up only. Not quite no-touch.
I paid at the counter and then they bring my food to the table. I do not live in the USA and I do not know if this has changed.
