As someone who doesn't have a car and thus can't use the drive-thru, this location is no longer viable for me. They don't offer dine-in and their doors are locked during business hours so pickup via the app isn't even an option. I shouldn't have to pay so much extra for delivery when the place is within walking distance for me. This place used to be better and I'm so disappointed with how far it's fallen.

Edit to add: got home and realized they completely messed up my order and are now closed and won't be open until Sunday. Went in and ordered at about 6:33pm, first their self order screens weren't working so someone had to take our order. The man taking our order couldn't be bothered to take the headphones out of his ears long enough to actually take our order properly and we had to call him back to even finish our order. After that another couple ordered after us and about twenty minutes later they ended up with their food before us even though we'd ordered first. After that we flagged someone down and they had to take our receipt to even get our order started. It took ten more minutes after that to get our food, so all in all we waited nearly 30 minutes and ended up with no apology once the food was set on the counter. Not sure we'll be coming back, we'll drive a bit further to go to a different location.

I ordered my meal at 10:30 pm. App took my order and said location was open until 12 am. I got a message my order was ready and they changed my credit card. When i arrived at 10:50 pm. The drive-thru was closed. The sign on the door said they closed at 10pm. I had to go home hungry

The worst taco bell in the region. They frequently close early with no warning and if they are open they forget items or mess up orders. I've given them the benefit of the doubt because it's close to where I live. But they always mess up every time. EVERY TIME. The managers must be terrible all the way up because it's never the same employees working so the turnover must be insane.
