Very well. I saw couple of staff were feeding little penguins and some where cleaning the area. Some divers were cleaning the massive tank.
The animals seemed happy. They were treated with kindness.
Very well. When I was there they were feeding all of the fish and the penguins. They carry around boards and write down how much each penguin consumes to monitor their diet. They know them by name too. I saw one penguin getting treated for something minor on its feet and it seemed calm despite being held by a human. The staff seems to really care for them.
For what I saw they are very well treated. Penguins were hand fed to keep monitoring their weight and saw that their habitat was cleaned to keep them from getting sick. Also all the fish are fed by scuba divers assuring they are full and not eating the smaller ones!
