My husband and I first visited Salmagundi last fall and were so impressed at the wide selection, quality, and most of all, the outstanding and personable service! We went in to find me a stylish, warm weather hat for fall/winter. Not only did we find a myriad of great options, but the owner personally sized to perfection and kindly described how to care for the hat as well! The wife and husband owners are so enthusiastic and friendly and as soon as you walk in the door, it’s as if you’re already fast friends. In fact, it actually seems they are friends with about everyone in the community. Since then I’ve found a cool dress, five different headbands (the most comfortable and thoughtfully made I’ve ever worn), and two perfect, wide-brimmed, summer hats. Needless to say, we highly recommend and always enjoy everything in the shop, especially the experience.
