Our boxing classes are made for people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. If a minor is attending, their parent or guardian must accompany them to their first class to sign paperwork. We can't wait to see you at your next class!
We don't offer boxing classes that are specifically for kids; however, kids are welcome to join any of our boxing or kickboxing classes. Check out our schedule online to see available classes.
We offer a variety of membership options, from unlimited to only 4 classes per month. If you've never been before your first class is free (you only have to purchase wraps). Give us a call to discuss membership options. We'd be more than happy to walk through those with you!
