You should have received a map at check in. I've found that very helpful. Get one and take a photo of it, so you have it at all times.

You can just walk out the door opposite the stairs in the Sands wing, out by the stairs in the other wing. That avoids the arcade noise.

Enter the indoor waterpark and walk left after you enter, there are a set of doors that lead outside. After you go through those doors the entrance to the outdoor waterpark should be right in front of you.
