What all would have to pay for to experience everything? 2 adults and 2 children 8 and 5?

I paid about $600. That's for 2 nights @ resort & everything in the park family of 4

Also check Groupon for discounts. I used them on my last visit.

At least $200 minimum my guess

I would definitely check ahead to see age/height requirements on water rides.
