I understand people are probably overworked and underpaid in these establishments, but the fact that they just served us a cold burger and 2 grilled cheese sandwiches that were not even cooked, they appeared to be warmed up in a microwave is unacceptable. I spent 20$ there and will never ever go there again. That’s just plain lazy and disrespectful.

Last time we were here they didn't have ice cream at all. This time they are closed at 4:30pm on Thursday. How the hell can an establishment stay open at all? I understand staffing shortages but damn. Will never try this location ever again. To be honest the overall quality of the franchise in general has gone way down hill over the years.

My family and I were in line at 8:50pm, I guess this location closes at 9pm which is fine. However, we were left in line, lights shut off and nobody takes our order at the speaker. I would think if you're in line before 9pm, you'd still get your order taken.

Came here on Thursday around 1pm before going to Great Wolf Lodge. They were short staffed & only had the drive through open. We had an order for 8 people. We waited in the drive through no more than 10 mins!! From order to pick up widow. Our order was 100% correct, hot & fresh! The staff was extremely polite & efficient! So glad it was a good experience!
