There's frugal and affordable and then there's this place. The pictures don't do it justice because we found an ash mark on one of the pillows. The sheets didn't look clean, bed springs were mangled so felt like sleeping on rocks, there was hair all over the filthy bathroom, the mismatch towels were heavily bleached, the back window was open and the screen looked ripped off and the floor was sticky that I never took off my shoes to walk around in. Not to mention the wifi was cutting in and out and the TV didn't actually work. On a good note, the AC was freezing cold. Spend $20 more and find yourself a much better place to stay for the night. This one is straight out of a horror flick!

I was pleasant surprised by my experience at this hotel. The price was significantly lower than other hotels around so my expectations weren't too high but my experience was actually very nice. Room was rather on the small side but with the price that's understandable, the cleaning left a little to be desired but there was no signs of bed bugs/infestations which is always my #1 worry so that's great! The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was incredibly handy. They also have a ton of very pretty decor, outside decorations, and beautiful bedspreads. As a tourist and frequent traveler it's always exciting to see something cool. 😎

Positive: The front desk guy was amazing. So helpful and kind. Negative: The non smoking room had a permeating smoke smell that would not dissipate. We used febreze and lysol every day to absorb it which helped a lot. Outside of this, we had a pleasant stay for the week and would come back again. Can't beat the price.

The room was down right? Disgusting The other person I had with me took her shoes off for just a second and had straight up black feet. This Motown room does not clean anything at all. They make the outside look good but trust me on the inside you get what you pay for. Not only that, but the people around the motel room are definitely sketchy the staff is friendly but it is just a front they definitely will not help you if you don't find something to your liking and it is truly not handicapped accessible there is no way to use the bathroom if you're handicapped in the beds were like cement there was really nothing good about the motel room except maybe for the fact that you don't have to care about being allowed because they don't care about their motel room but besides that you kind of worry if they even clean the sheets in a place like this 🤮
