Very disappointed with urology austin. Their radiologists don't show you your scans when they take them and their readings are incorrect. Their doctors are trying to "save you money" and send you for an antiquated scan with an invasive iv that ends up not showing anything. That or the radiologists are inept and can't read scans. They eventually told me I had a 4mm kidney stone. The doctor there wanted to put a stint in without even trying to do a clean job. I am convinced they all got their degrees from some Hicksville college somewhere. I even requested to get my scans and documents from urology austin and they've yet to send me anything. Zero transparency and just a bunch of robots. Eventually I went to Mexico City and had my blood work, scans and urologist selected in one day and surgery done the next day. They found two kidney stones, one 8.5mm and another 4mm. Very professional and highly educated doctors and staff with degrees from UNAM.

Getting frustrated with this place. Rx request through pharmacy submitted last week, still no response. Called number, get useless recordings that just say contact pharmacy to request a refill; meanwhile, I am days behind on taking meds and still no refill.

WOW! My appointment was at 1130 and I showed up early at 11:10. I left the building at 11:39!! In that time frame, I was checked in, paid my portion, my vitals were taken, I was handed off to Dr Phillips PA, Kaylee Poston who did bladder scan, answered my questions and sent me to have blood drawn, then to reschedule my next appointment! I uusually sit and wait 20 minutes or more AFTER my appointment time and leave an hour later and use this time to catch up on notes, respond to emails, plan my day, etcetera. Not here! Your entire staff and operation rocks and I only wish my other providers would follow suit! Thank you!

1 star just for my sweet nurse. Had an appointment with Maxwell W. Braunstein that was incredibly uncomfortable. Not only was he misogynistic, but also unprofessional. He stated that he didn’t want to read me the entire info packet because he “went to medical school,” and then proceeded to say if I had any real questions, his female colleagues have the “right parts” to help me. I was also told I was “too young for anything to really be wrong.” Also, he never actually wrote or sent off the prescription I was supposed to get. Awful experience; do not come here!
