This clinic is listed as an “urgent care” clinic. There’s nothing urgent about having to wait 5 hours to get help. I was liking the idea of being part of thr Baylor Scott system, but I need to find a medical provider that prioritizes my needs.

I can not describe how frustrated I have been with this clinic. I visited Dr. Mirto months ago to get my birth control prescription renewed. We changed my dosage on the pills and within the first month I could notice drastic differences in not only my physical, but mental health. I stuck it out for 3 months, as that is typically a good time frame for my body to regulate to a new birth control. I have been trying to contact them for almost 2 months to get help on this. I have called, used messages on my bsw app, had other nurses leave messages. I have been told multiple times that I am on a high priority list with a pending response from the doctor. Again, 2 months of this. This is extremely frustrating as my mental health is now also being effected. My day to day life has taken a complete 180, and to be getting no response is even more stressful. No one is acknowledging me. I would not recommend this to anyone. Horrible experience.
