My kids have been going to the same Dr since they were born. I struggled trying to find a Dr here in Austin. Then I found Dr.Gennrich and hes absolutely amazing!! He sees all 3 of my kids and Im so lucky to have another great Dr that will listen to my every concern and not brush it off. The front has always been helpful everytime we come.

This place is awesome and the staff are incredible. They are sympathetic to their clients and all the negative reviews are from crybabies.

The doctors here are great. But contacting ARC to get medical advice is very inaccessible. When you call the nurse line, there’s no option to leave a message. You’re forced to wait on hold for 5+ minutes before you even get the option to get a call back. I used this option yesterday and had a very disappointing experience when a nurse called back. I had two sick kids at home with me so I couldn’t hear who it was at first. I asked, “I’m sorry, how can I help you?” The person was audibly irritated and said, “I don’t know, you called us,” and hung up on me. I was floored. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt that it was an accident, but I never got a call back. I’m switching to another clinic where it isn’t so hard to receive medical advice and the on-call nurses are empathetic.

After 15 years of experience w/ this place, we simply can’t go here anymore. Doctors are good, but the customer service / front desk people are absolutely the least helpful and completely lack any concern for your medical needs. We’re definitely not fans of ARC for this reason. If you need any non-emergency attention/help, expect a similar process/complexity/concern to what you’d find through bureaucratic government agencies.
