This is a horrible place as far as the front desk goes. I do not like to leave bad reviews. The people that either are at the front desk or verify insurance are incompetent and lazy. That is not why I'm writing this review, I'm writing this review because the way this lady treated me and made me feel. I had an appointment that I made over zoc doc. The drs take my insurance and I am in network. For some odd reason an error came up on my insurance that said I also was double insured. You would think that was a positive thing right? No, not right it gave the lady free reighn to dismiss me, talk down to me and tell me that anything I had to say was unimportant. She actually was yelling at me. If this is any indication of the environment that you go to for an OBGYN appointment then its not a place id like to go. I feel bad for the ladies with their legs up in the air and having to listen to this wretched lady scream at me that they are at full capacity for Medicare. I do not have Medicare, I have Cigna. I've never once used Medicare in my life. I had it available to me about 12 years ago for 2 months when out of work but did not use it then and I don't have it now. I have not had it for 11 years and 9 months. However if you do have Medicare don't bother calling because they won't take you. If you do have Medicare ill just say this, the lady at that calls to verify insurance, she thinks you are the scum of the earth either that or she is to lazy to make a phone call. It is truly sad to me that a woman that works for an OBYGN is this hostile and mean. I also feel that if she was to lazy to make this phone call or even let me make this call, I'd hate to go to this office and have a serious issue. She would probably have a nervous breakdown if she had to order a pathology report. I'm very let down on the way I was treated and I'm also grateful that It did not work out.

I am so very happy that I chose James McMullen as my new Primary Care Physician. Starting with the front desk, then with Nurse Brianna, and with James McMullen, I was treated professionally. James McMullen is a great listener and explained everything to me on a level I could understand. He truly showed that he cares. I just can't say enough good things about everyone there. Mark

Was calling around price checking different clinic/doctors and this location was really in my price range for the problem I’m having and having no insurance. Great experience from the start, spoke to a receptionist Breanna who was very helpful in price quoting and making the appointment over the phone. The Receptionist was nice when I came in today. The nurse lady who took my blood pressure , asked questions etc was very nice too. And the doctor, James was very helpful!! Compared to a doc visit I had in my hometown San Antonio. He explained my problem in details and what I needed to do to fix it. I am very pleased with my first visit! I don’t ever write reviews but felt the need to today

I’m only giving this place two stars because of the front office staff The nurses and doctors were rude and make you feel like you’re wasting their time if you go in for anything that’s not major in their book. Plus I was questioned on who my OBGYN and all these irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with my visit.

What are the symptoms of RSV?

Ascension | Oct 23, 2021
Ascension | Oct 23, 2021

Respiratory Syncytial Virus, or RSV, may appear like a bad cold to adults. For infants or young children, RSV can cause bronchiolitis -- a virus which causes swelling and an increase in mucus in the airway. This can cause difficulty breathing through their nose and eventually dehydration due to difficulty latching to the breast or bottle for infants. Other symptoms of RSV may include a fever or a very wet sounding cough, which can turn into coughing fits. Those coughing fits can cause a child to gag and potentially vomit.

If you think your child has RSV or bronchiolitis, it is important to keep your child hydrated and monitor for fever or shortness of breath. Contact your child’s doctor, who can test for RSV and provide recommendations to keep your child safe at home. If your child’s health situation is serious or life-threatening, go to the nearest ER or call 911.
