That's my favorite restaurant! I currently live right outside of New Orleans but I used to live in German Village. Whenever I'm in Columbus I go there for old times sakes. Maybe there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding. Give them a chance. They're in business to make money. Your money.
There are better places to go if you want to be insulted. They have always been friendly and served good food
I'm most of the time have pleasant experience with White Castle's but one in the short North here in Columbus before they tore down and rebuilt where are rebuilding is always dirty never stocked for condiments very slow service very rude Personnel who work there never seen a manager on duty if there was one on South High Street near the German Village area is a little bit better no cleaner or more positive atmosphere so it's take your pic I don't know what the one in the short North is going to be on North High Street when it's rebuild an open for business but the one on South High Street near German Village is the better between the two
My experience has always been a positive one. I always go inside to get my food.
It's white castle, yes the managers are rude as well as most of the employees. 9$ an hour you'll get that. If it makes you feel better call customer care although it won't matter.
Yes the are mostly rude and not so much clean.

So what you have to do is you have to go above the manager you have to call their supervisor and let him know who the manager was that was rude to you
