I used to work here place wasnt that bad, came by earlyier to eat my food i got thru the drive thru at McDonald's sat and watched for 20 mins as the workers did absolutely nothing with about 4 kids in the lobby, i went up to the drive thru after watching them not answer a customer at all them after i honk they say there closed at 2 pm place is super ran down id ran the whole store by myself 100,000 $ a year please give me a reply 👋🏻

How the heck did this restaurant went from taking order from the drive-through or dining in to now having to order online like how had it came to this now, I know for sure I ain’t ever going back to that place anymore

You know how whenever you go to Long John, you question yourself because you expect to have a bad experience? That about sums up any of my experiences with the Columbus locations. This one wasn't as bad. They just notified me that their computer systems were not working and asked me to go sit in the parking lot. (Points back to original question of topic) I didnt stick around. When they get serious or desperate enough to do business right, I may try them again then. But I will continue to ask myself that question whenever dealing with Long John's.
