Severely under staffed, waited 20min in store for an order I put in online 15 minutes before I got to the store, and I hear the lady in the back say, it never came up, meaning it wasn't even started yet, 7 cars in the drive thru and 5 people in the lobby. To say they are short staffed is an understatement. But with all that said, they never told me it would be a while before it got done. I was charged my money and at that point I had no choice but to sit and wait, if I'd have know it would take a total of 35 minutes from the time of placing the order to get my food I would have never gone there. Not to mention the prices online are more expensive then the prices in store, for example, $3.19 for a 6 piece chicken ring online or $2.99 for a 10 piece in store. Same with the sliders, crave case was $3 cheaper in store than online.

I don't normally go to White Castle, but I decided to go today. I should have just drove away when the order taker forgot to turn off his mic and I heard the F-bomb about half a dozen times while he was talking to someone. Eventually got my food with limp, half-cooked friend and without the extra 1921 slider I ordered. Maybe if he wasn't so busy talking with his boi I wouldn't have been down $2 and a crummy experience. Will not be returning.

I'm been here twice now both times meat cold edges crispy burnt buns falling apart hard last time all 20 where exactly as described the time before a 30-pack.but I will say the staff would well-mannered and fast. I have been to two other places where the food has been exactly as I described one Marysville Ohio the other one Hilliard off of Rome Hilliard Road

5 stars. I drive a tractor trailer and got here after their dining room was closed. They allowed me and one other driver to walk up and order. Service was awesome and staff very friendly. 5 stars doesn’t cover it. Truckers don’t have many places to eat this late at night and door dash will only do so much. Thank you folks
