Thanks everyonei have Celiac disease...so no bread, no flour, etc. I am coming today...heard hiw fabulous this place is..Very nice of you to reach out to me
Hi Deb - can you be more specific as to what you are looking for in regards to gluten free? We try to accommodate all our guests but sometime we can’t. Thanks, Jeff
Celiacs can have no grain products. The big problem for restaurants is cross contamination. In other words, eggs, or bacon can’t be cooked on the same grill as pancakes. Gloves need to be changed so there are no bread particles. There is such a thing as gluten-free bread, but it couldn’t be toasted in the same toaster as regular toast. It needs to be a dedicated toaster. For true celiac’s it only takes four parts per million to make them sick. When they get sick the lining of the intestine is destroyed.
You can order foods that do not naturally have gluten. I don'tnt think they have a gluten free bread option, but I'm not sure
Yes
