I have visited this store multiple times in the last year or so due to wanting to purchase a new master bedroom set, living room and patio items. Each time we entered the store we were blatantly ignored by the staff standing at the register when no other customers were in the store. I guess we weren't dressed like we have money so no one wanted to offer to help us. Went to a place called Weavers in Danville and paid a fraction of the cost from Amish Originals plus 1000% better customer service. Guess the review from 7 months ago that someone from AO answered didn't get taken seriously as they said because the staff still isn't helpful.

I had a bad customer experience at Amish Originals. We stopped in, and were looking for a coffee table. The ones in stock did not meet what we were looking for in terms of size and design. So we asked about an option of a custom table. The person working with us seemed difficulty listening to what we were looking for, kept repeatedly asking us for the same information on measurements and style. He seemed to not be interested in working in us, and repeatedly told us we should try and find an option that was in stock. He finally took all the information and promised to call us after talking to their craftsmen. Based on interaction, I guess I am not surprised we never heard from him? It was unfortunate, because we were willing to spend the money on a custom table, and the furniture definitely is well made. Just a very bad customer service experience...and they weren't busy at all at the time we were in the store

Just got our final piece and already want to order more. Many thanks to Lou! We are from Ohio/Michigan, but have lived in Texas for 15 years. We had to come home to find the beautiful furniture we had viewed and envied as young adults. Amish Originals store is fantastic. We walked in just looking and after having visited several stores selling hand crafted furniture we were most comfortable here. We received the bulk of our order months ago, the final piece shipping was delayed due to Covid. We could not be more satisfied.

I love Amish Originals! My friend introduced me to the store when she ordered some dining room furniture for her new condo. After seeing the furniture in her condo, I convinced my husband to go to the store and look at the dining tables available. We have now ordered a new dining room set complete with chairs and bar chairs. I can not wait to receive them sometime in June. Sincerely, An Amish Original customer for life
