What a (total) disappointment... Hubs & I are redoing 2 bathrooms, one of which is a total gut-job. When we walked into the showroom (yesterday), we were greeted by a gentleman asking what we were looking for. When we told him, he handed us a business card & told us to take pictures of the tags of anything we liked...then go online & look/order. He pretty much blew us off with any questions we had, telling us to look at ‘more products’ online. I get that we’re not doing a new-build or renovations on a kitchen, costing a lot more than the bathrooms we are doing. But I thought we’d at least be able to sit down with someone & show them our ideas & get some suggestions/advice.

Very nice showroom. Didn't have information available at the showroom, you had to scan a bar code with your phone and their internet was terribly slow.

As a warning to all - if you want help here you need to make an appointment. Don’t do like we did and walk in expecting to find help. There is a greeter, who is pleasant, at a desk by the door. He quickly told us everyone was busy, so no one could help. Then sat back down at his desk. Ironic.

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
You may initiate a return for a defective item within 180 days of receipt for a full refund.
