Yes it's still there. It's $3 per person. However the parent can stand beside the child free of cost.
2019 Jan. 12. The carousel ride is still in operation for the public @ Seaport Village, San Diego, CA, USA. (Future planned reconstruction/remodel/redevelopment of Seaport Village.
