The cigar shops open, a jewelry place a few other clothing and gift shops, Ben and Jerry's, SD Burger, the taco shop and a few others.
I was just there last week, twice on different days, and all shops and restaurants were indeed open. The shops started closing around 7pm.
Most shops are reopened now but do have different hrs of operation.
Not very many. Even less restaurants.
