Yes, but if you plan on buying something you can validate for a cheaper parking fee.
There is a Parking fee at the exit, there is a guard that will validate the ticket with the amount of time spent there. It is well worth it.
You have to pay at meters on Sunday
There's a parking facility that does cost. I'm assuming that includes Sunday. I didnt have a car so not 100% sure.
