The winter tour uses a different entrance, but it's still worth it. You still see the "king carrot", it's about midway through the tour. You will also see all 3 "rooms" full of crystals. It's all beautiful and totally worth it.

There is only one tour option but well worth it
Its 54 degrees year round so you won't be freezing down there! It was totally worth it in my book!
We did the winter tour recently and thought it was really good. They were beautiful!
I really enjoyed it. You see lot of different stalactites and stalagmites. They also highlight the big Crystal that you are talking about.
