Thank you all for your answers. We do not recommend strollers, due to the fact that most of the passageways are too narrow for them. We do have a handicap accessible portion of the cavern available in the summer months, by reservation only. It is a shorter tour, but is wide enough for wheelchairs, strollers, and walkers to fit through. Thank you for your question!

When I went there just recently they said the second tour as they were taking this down is now handicap accessible. I'm not sure if they meant just down to the cave or throughout the cave but the cave did seem like it wouldn't be wide enough in some places to be handicap accessible.

Its too narrow for a baby stroller, there's parts that are wide & parts that are just enough for one guy at a time

I would not think you could push a stroller thourgh the cave path . its barley 2 feet wide.
