Get a letter from ur Asthma Dr stating that u need a air conditioner.
As part of the summer crisis program if you qualify you need a Dr's note stating the condition for the person has and why they need a.c.
You need a drs statement with you're qualifying diagnoses and dependency for needing a.c.. take it to them and they will further assist you in you're needs.
