Call your supplier and they'll help you,but to get on pipp you have to call and make an appointment with the Breathing Association or go @7 a.m. for a walk -in. They only take the 1st 20 people for walk-in appointments. Be sure to have a social security card for every person in the house, your picture I.D , both bills ,proof of income for EVERYONE over 18 yrs .
i recommend getting there before 7 because as stated before, they only do 25 walk ins a day. those spots fill up fast. i would be there no later than 5 am , im speaking from experience as last year i got there at exactly 7 am and all walk in appointments were filled
