They take the first 25 walk-ins, Monday through Friday, at 8:00 A.M. Otherwise, you have to call to make an appointment.
It's best to make an appointment, they have a travel RV that goes around to different places that can help you as well.
I'D call ahead because some offices are closed for President day! They open at 8p.m. for appt. For walk ins too,however they only take the 1st 20 people without appointments m-f.
