You have to go to soapyjoescarwash.com/cancel you need your fast pass # and the last 4 of the debit or credit card you have on file if you have any issues just try it again.
They try to encourage you to make your cancellation online. I believe it's soapyJoe's.Com. But you can Google it. I'm not sure why they don't like to do it in the stores. I think they can but just don't like to.
